Dennis L. Johnson has been selling Summit County Real Estate since 1979. After serving in the Aurora Police Department Dennis arrived in Breckenridge in 1977 to be the Assistant Chief of Police until late 1979. After retiring from the Breckenridge Police department Dennis made a name for himself as one of the most experienced REALTORS. He is a past president of Summit Association of Realtors and Colorado Association of Realtors. He has also been recognized as Realtor of the Year at both the state and local level. He has also served over 10 years with the National Association of Realtors as the Director for Colorado, chairman of NAR research committee, resort specialist committee and the economic issues and trends residential forum. With all of his experience Dennis will help YOU find just the right property or if you’re looking to sell Dennis knows just how to use marketing for all types of properties to find the buyer for your property. In Dennis’s personal life he is currently serving as Assisting Minister & is a past Lay Minister at the Evergreen Lutheran Church and has been a member of the Summit Rotary Club since 1980. His wife, Okie, is also a REALTOR in Metro Denver, he has two sons, a step-daughter and four wonderful grandkids! Dennis is an avid golfer and walker.
