Matt Stoia
Matt Stoia is a Summit County native with a love for mountain living and all that it has to offer. He currently lives in his hometown of Silverthorne with his wife, where he enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, hunting, and spending time outdoors. Together they have purchased and remodeled several properties in the area, fulfilling Matt’s dream of owning a piece of the mountains and building his own real estate portfolio. Prior to entering the real estate industry in 2018, he obtained a degree in Sports Management & Marketing from Metro State University of Denver and spent 10 years in sales with the Denver Nuggets and Pin Business Network. After living in the city, Matt recognized there was no place like home and returned to his roots, putting his sales knowledge to work helping buyers and sellers actualize their dreams of owning mountain properties. Matt strives to help clients capitalize on the incredible investment potential of resort real estate, while maintaining a personal connection to the lifestyle that the mountain community offers. Building ongoing relationships with his clients is his top priority so that he can not only understand and help them achieve their goals, but help them make the most of their experience in the mountains by offering local insight into everything from restaurant recommendations to rental requirements. To both buyers and sellers, Matt is a valuable resource in understanding the transaction process and the potential of owning in the mountains.
