Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mark is more than your run of the mill realtor. He is so knowledgeable of the area, and homes in general. On top of being an excellent realtor, who really knows the market, we felt as if we had a Breckenridge ambassador who could tell us all about the town, its history, and the lay of the land, which allowed us to make a well informed decision. He is very construction and development savvy, which helped us understand the differences in quality of the construction and neighborhoods of the homes we were looking at. We cant say enough about how pleased we were with the whole experience of buying our second home in Breckenridge. Mark’s knowledge, easy going demeanor, skill, dedication, and overall likability is hard to find these days. We found a great new house, and friend!
