Every spring the towns of Summit County come together to clean the streets after the snow melts. During the Winter months there’s trash and debris that are covered up by the mountains of snow and come Spring residents, home owners, and more team up to clean our towns before the Summer crowds roll in. The towns support each effort by providing supplies and then a lunch in the afternoon. Check in with your town to see what the plans are and how you can participate in this yearly tradition.

In the high country spring is a short season, especially when snowstorms continue through Memorial Day weekend, but we have finally made it into the start of summer, at least according to the calendar. As temperatures continue to rise and the melt-off continues homeowners need to be prepared for a different type of maintenance than preparing for winter. Two of our brokers were recognized and we are proud to work beside them every day.
