He was available when we needed him always responding quickly to emails and phone calls. Always willing and offering to go the extra mile. He wasn't pushy or overly aggressive but was on top of trying to help us find the right property for us. Once we found the property that worked for us he helped make certain that the process was easy. We would have never imagined that buying a house from out of town would be so easy and it was because of all the time and attention Cody put in to make sure everything went smoothly. Spencer Thomas not only sold our Breckenridge home the very first day on the market, he did almost everything else for us! He is a shining star in the real estate world.
