Every spring the towns of Summit County come together to clean the streets after the snow melts. During the Winter months there’s trash and debris that are covered up by the mountains of snow and come Spring residents, home owners, and more team up to clean our towns before the Summer crowds roll in. The towns support each effort by providing supplies and then a lunch in the afternoon. Check in with your town to see what the plans are and how you can participate in this yearly tradition.

A four day immersive extravaganza! Includes sculptures & installations, concerts & screenings, and tours, talks & workshops. This is an opportunity to soak up the art scene in Breckenridge. You can take it easy by walking through the installations, or you can really dig deep and take workshops. These are purposely made for all ages, so bring the kids!

This is the 33rd Bike Tour through the towns of Breckenridge, Edwards, Steamboat Springs, Grand Lake and Winter Park. Breckenridge is proud to be both the beginning and end point of the ride so there’s multiple days to enjoy the event here in town but don’t hesitate to follow the tour and see our neighbors! 6 days, 418 miles and over 25,000 feet of elevation gain, this is a true test of endurance on 2 wheels.

One of the most exciting, belly filling and entertaining events of the summer. Frisco Main Street is taken over for this 3 day event that includes some of the best BBQ in the country, live music, and of course, pig races. The event starts off with a kick-off concert on Thursday night, there’s no BBQ yet but the competitors have arrived! The Gold Prospectors of Colorado are headed to Breckenridge this weekend to see what they can find! While the pros are going at it for to win the “gold” you can learn to pan for free.
