At the end of the day, they are easily accessed via the Four Oclock Ski Run into town. There are also properties nestled at the base of Peak 9 on Columbine Road that are close enough to walk to and from the Quicksilver Chairlift. A lot of these locations not only have great ski access, but also are walking distance to Main Street.
