Paffrath & Thomas, Inc. was originally created as a result of combining Paffrath & Company and a satellite office, Condominium Sales Center Inc., which was owned by Mark Thomas and Jeff Paffrath. The company was formed based on the fact that top producing individuals in their respective firms do not tend to stay with their companies due to low commission splits.These self-motivated top producers seek self employment and 100% of the commissions they produce. All the brokers in our Main Street office share overhead equally and retain all commissions for their efforts.This concept has enabled seven of the top producers in Summit County to form an extremely strong team; this team is very active and highly respected in Summit County and throughout Colorado.

Our office is located at 311 South Main Street in Breckenridge. Our location, glass exposure to Main Street and décor make for a very professional and successful image. Our brokers have the longest continued length of service to the industry in Breckenridge.

Although we have been contacted on many occasions to become a franchisee of a national chain, we have declined. We are continually amazed at the number of customers who choose our company because, as they say, "we want to deal with a local company."

Paffrath & Thomas, Inc. brokers a variety of properties. We specialize in the Summit County area only. Our strongest attributes are in multi-family, raw ground, development sites, retail leases, condominiums and businesses. Breckenridge is a relatively small and geographically small market, enabling us to be proficient in all these various categories. We have been extremely successful in marketing high priced projects, land parcels and income property.
